Registered Nurse | ICU Background

Are you an ICU Registered Nurse looking to use your acute assessment and escalation skills in a different clinical environment?
We are recruiting experienced Registered Nurses with ICU or high-acuity acute care experience for a modern Transitional Care Service near the Adelaide CBD. The service supports clinically complex and post-operative patients outside the traditional hospital setting, helping reduce hospital pressure while improving patient outcomes.

What’s on offer:

• Immediate start available
• Permanent full-time or part-time roles, minimum 0.6 FTE
• Rotating roster including days, afternoons, nights and weekends
• Penalties and superannuation paid in line with employment conditions
• Minimum 3+ years post-graduate RN experience required
• Background in ICU, HDU or high-acuity acute care preferred
• Applicants must be registered with AHPRA and hold working rights for Australia

You’ll be part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team working alongside nurses, doctors and allied health within a clinically governed service. This role may suit ICU nurses who are ready for a change from the intensity of the unit, while still wanting to use strong clinical judgement, patient monitoring, escalation and critical thinking skills.
