The Rural Division includes 23 facilities across the region, with 4 Multi-Purpose Health Services (MPHS) and 6 Residential Aged Care Facilities. MPHS sites care for both aged care residents and acute patients, so acute nursing experience is highly valued.

The Oaks Residential Aged Care is located on the grounds of Warwick Hospital in Warwick, a charming regional town known for its heritage streets, relaxed lifestyle, and beautiful Southern Downs countryside. The facility offers a friendly and supportive environment focused on compassionate resident care.
