Clinical Nurse | Acute Care

• Competitive base rate (depending on experience level) plus super and penalties
• Contract available from 25th September to 22nd November 
• Must have a minimum 5 years experience in acute care setting
• ALS, PALS, Triage, first on call experience & MEC/REC required
• Highly Desirable: Manual Driver’s license
• Must be able to participate in portfolio/audit management as senior staff member
• Applicants must be registered with AHPRA and hold working rights for Australia

Aurukun Primary Health Care Centre is a remote healthcare facility in Aurukun, Far North Queensland, providing essential 24-hour primary care services including emergency treatment, chronic disease management, maternal and child health, and mental health support. 

Located in a geographically isolated area on the western Cape York Peninsula, the centre serves a close-knit Indigenous community where access to healthcare is supported by outreach services such as the Royal Flying Doctor Service.
