As a senior nursing leader, you will guide the direction, coordination, and performance of a rural hospital, backed by a values-driven organisation that cares about your wellbeing as much as the communities it serves. About the role and benefits:
- Competitive salary of $157,018 – $168,211 per annum, plus superannuation and leave loading

About you: You are a motivated and experienced nursing professional ready to step into a senior leadership position. You bring strong clinical knowledge, proven management capability, and a passion for improving health outcomes in rural communities.
Compulsory Criteria:
- Registration (or eligibility) with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and a current practising certificate
- Current working rights in Australia
- Ideally, postgraduate qualifications in Nursing, Health Administration, or Management
