It is an Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisation that provides culturally safe primary healthcare services to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities across remote and regional areas of northern Queensland. Services include primary health clinics, outreach care, and wellbeing programs focused on improving physical, social, emotional, and cultural wellbeing.

Operating in geographically isolated communities with limited access to mainstream healthcare, it plays a vital role in delivering locally led, culturally appropriate care that supports overall community health and wellbeing.
