Registered Nurse | Emergency

Salt Medical Recruitment is looking for an experienced Emergency Registered Nurse for a two-week contract at Gnowangerup Hospital in Western Australia's Great Southern region.

Location: Gnowangerup, Great Southern WA
Dates: 21 September - 4 October 2026 
Accommodation: Single room in shared accommodation provided
Travel: Self-drive or bus from Perth (approximately 3.5 hours). Fuel costs or bus fare reimbursed upon receipt. A $250 travel allowance is also provided each way towards flights.
Role: Emergency, Acute Care & Aged Care

This is an excellent opportunity for a capable rural nurse who can confidently work across different areas of a small multipurpose health service.
 
Gnowangerup Hospital provides 24-hour emergency care to the local community and surrounding towns. The facility includes six acute beds, eight permanent residential aged-care beds, as well as respite and palliative care services.

Essential Requirements

• Registered Nurse with RN 1.4+ experience
• Recent Emergency nursing experience
• ALS1 certification
• Current AHPRA registration
• Triage competency or experience using ETS for triage
• Aged Care CRS required
