Here's How It Works

Help us place a Doctor or Registered Nurse in three easy steps:

Step 1. Inform

Share information about the diverse opportunities at Salt Medical Recruitment with friends who are looking for new challenges in the healthcare field.

Step 2. Refer

Complete our referral form with your friend’s contact details.

Step 3. Earn

Earn a $500 eGift Card when your referred friend is successfully placed as a Doctor or Registered Nurse.

Terms & Conditions for Referral Rewards

Who Can Make a Referral?

Referees must be registered with Salt Medical Recruitment at the time of making the referral.
All referred doctors and registered nurses must have full, unrestricted registration with AHPRA.
Referrals can be made via email, the registration form on the website, or verbally.
Rewards only apply when the referred medical professional is a new candidate who has not previously registered with Salt Medical Recruitment or utilised its services.
Please note: Never put yourself as the referral.

How Many People Can You Refer?

Feel free to refer as many as you can as long as they meet Salt Medical Recruitment’s referral requirements.

What Counts as a Successful Placement?

To qualify as a successful referral, referred medical professionals must meet the following criteria within six months of their referral date:

Locum Doctors:

Must complete at least 10 shifts.

Locum Nurses:

Must work at least four weeks full-time.

Permanent Doctors and Nurses:

Must work for at least one-month full-time equivalent (FTE).

How will rewards be distributed?

eGift Cards will be sent to the primary email of the referring party within 2 weeks following the end of the month in which the eligibility requirements were met.

The eGift Card is self-managed by the referrer once they receive the payment email.

This program may be terminated or changed at Salt Medical Recruitment’s discretion at any time and without notice.

Confidentiality

We prioritise respecting your privacy and that of the referee. By participating, you affirm that you have the authority to disclose the referee’s personal details. Lack of this authority renders you ineligible for our referral program.
