In the heart of the Goldfields region of Western Australia, Kalgoorlie is a historic mining city known for its rich gold rush heritage, rugged outback landscapes, and strong resource-driven economy. The city is supported by a major regional hospital with approximately 100 beds, providing a broad range of services including emergency care, acute inpatient services, maternity, and specialist care, and operates a 24/7 Emergency Department serving Kalgoorlie and surrounding remote communities.
