Set on the banks of the McArthur River in the Gulf region of the Northern Territory, Borroloola is a remote community known for its rich Indigenous culture, rugged outback landscapes, and unique fishing opportunities. The local hospital is a small remote facility with approximately 10 beds, providing emergency, acute inpatient, and primary healthcare services for the town and surrounding communities.
